Best in Class Tape Measure
Stanley Tape Measures set the standard for tape measures. Over the years I’ve several of them, metal body, FatMax and even a 3 ft pocket tape. I have liked them all and used them extensively. It’s amazing that a basic tool can get better with every new model Not only is the DualLock easy to use, well made and easy to read there are 1/8” markings making measurements easy and accurate. The tape fits in your hand where you can feel the quality and exceptional design. This is the tape to buy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great Tape Measure
Have been using this tape measure around the house of several outdoor projects preparing for winter. The tape is sturdy and has an almost 7 foot standout before it pops. The secondary lock keeps the tape from expanding when it is under tension keeping a consistent measure for repeated cuts. The release allows the tape to retract smoothly and controllably. Feels like a heavy duty tape that is well built but without the weight. There is really nothing to dislike this tape. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Quality Tool
Have had the "Dual Lock" a couple of weeks and I really like it. First of all, it feels substantial. It will stand out horizontal almost 7'. The thing I like is that the retract/ lock allows you to throttle it back and keep it from slapping in. Also it has the fraction of an inch on the rule so you don't have to think about it.
