This phone is like new when I bought it. There are no scratches on the screen or on the body of the phone. Its screen is AMOLED 2x. The letters are crispy, clear, and easy to read for the elderly. The letters look like floating on the screen. The photos are very clear. The sound system is excellent. You can maneuver very easily from program to program or from one button to another. The screen is very sensitive, and you need to touch the buttons very lightly. The sensitivity does not change when you install screen protector that is a must to protect the screen. Use phone case to protect the phone from fall. You do not need camera protector. They are protected by design of the phone. This phone has 12 GB of RAM (memory}, 256 GB of ROM (storage), and OS: Android 14. This is exactly what I found by checking with the program called "Device Info %26 Test: SYSTEM CPU." Always test your phone with this program (down loadable from Play store or Apple store for free.) Lots of other phones that I tested found that their seller says one thing, but the memory, storage, and OS are different, very much different.
