I originally received a widescreen monitor (which most people seem to prefer these days) but specifically needed a 4:3 aspect ratio, 1280x1024 monitor with DVI input. I blame the Wal Mart site for not providing better details, since the monitor I received actually met all the listed features, except that it was widescreen. Discount Computer Depot quickly provided a return shipping label and replaced the monitor with a 4:3 aspect ratio monitor at my request, and I had the replacement in hand less than 3 days after receiving the original. I'm 100% satisfied with the product, the price, and the customer service provided by Discount Computer Depot.
