I've had a pair of fake AirPods Pro before and having these is so relieving from the somewhat muted AirPods 1st Gen. Spatial audio, noise cancellation, these are definitely worth the money. My only issue is that I can't set them up with the “Find My” app, so I just double check and make sure I have them on me at all times.

The AirPods came with minimal damage just some slight intentions on the right earpiece beside that highly recommended if you're trying to save $100 on some used AirPods I've had them about two weeks and there's been no problems.
