Shipping was fast and delivered well. Box wasn't banged up. It was packaged nicely and made for the ease of customers. There is a little cubby area in the back where the brackets were and a bag of hardware attached to the head board so it didn't get lost! It's a beautiful color and a great price. It said $49 for shipping but with the bed price plus shipping, it was still less than other frames I was interested in.
