This pressure cooker has seriously become my new favorite kitchen gadget. I've used the pressure cooker, sauté, and even the bake settings, and every one of them works perfectly. It's super easy to use—even if you're not exactly a master chef—and just as easy to clean afterward. It runs pretty quietly too, aside from a few cheerful beeps here and there to let you know it's doing its thing. The included recipe book is actually really good (which is rare!). I've already tried several dishes, but the frittata has definitely stolen the spotlight—it turned out fluffy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Pro tip: cut your veggies into bigger chunks—if they're too small, they'll burn faster than you can say "dinner's ready." I use this for my family of 5 and really like it. I have never used one before. It took a minute to understand how to actually use it, but once I figured it out it's super easy! I made baked potatoes and they turned out so good, just as good if not better than getting one at a steakhouse. It smelled amazing and cooked perfectly! I can't wait to keep using this with difference recipes. Very easy set up and easy to clean.
