Good convection/microwave
We bought this convection/microwave to replace a 20 year old Dacor that is essentially the same thing and the only one to fit our spot. I like the stainless interior and the white ceramic turn table and the bright interior light. I wish it was more than 900 watts (same as our old one) but it works fine. At delivery i asked that he bring the very heavy box to the kitchen but he said he could only step into the house and set it down.

My first Sharp Micro/Conv lasted me 21 years! did have a few minor repairs to make (turn table motor twice and the door latch, both I did myself). Needed to upgrade because the original, in convection mode, would not regulate the heat - went to full ON and burned food. Was told by my repair guy that they don't make replacement parts anymore....Hey, 21 years is 21 years, so i bought the replacement and have only had it 1 day so far, but I am confident it will perform just as well.

Ive had this unit for many years and it was so old there were no more parts available to make a repair ..... great reason to get a new one!! Which I did, same great product as the original But with some new features. Sets on a counter or into a custom cupboard - frame is available, but nit required, for extra money.
