Help for a deep sleep
I used these for a while. They are gummies which i prefer over pills because i have difficulty swallowing. It doesnt take a high dosage of melatonin to make me sleep deep, so 3mg is great for me. I dont like melatonin to often as it gives me such vicid dreams and I hate to have nightmares or crazy dreams.
