Good for office
We bought this machine to take the coffee service in-house (was contracted out). Shipped quickly. Set up should have been pretty easy, but I had to reconfigure the water line to make it work. The directions are that clear on how to alter the brew cycle (unit has to be on when you are making your adjustments). Been using it M-F for several brews (5-6) and have had no issues.
