Foot/ankle ortho Doc prescribed supportive shoes with orthotic insoles for over-pronation. I discovered PowerStep insoles first, then noticed their orthotic sandals. They are the perfect solution for summer when visiting the beach, and also provide the greatest relief I've found for peripheral neuropathy I have in my feet. I almost live in these sandal during summer, and wear them around the house year-round. I wore them to a podiatrist appt, and after I asked for his opinion, he looked them over and said, "They have good arch support, a nice deep heel cup, a stiff mid-sole and look really well made.
