Honestly I could have used any old notebook. But this has a place for the date/subjects/or notes. It was new and fresh. He uses one page for all week. And crosses off when he has completed each assignment. He uses the back pages for notes. He loves it! He is in 7th grade. It is perfect.

Great workbook size

This is my second purchase in this product line. Size is convenient to carry but still large enough to write lots of notes per page. The covers are quite durable and the pockets are convenient. Paper is thick enough to avoid bleed-through when writing on both sides of a page. Minor downside is that the pages tear out along the perforation a little too easily if the sheets are handled a lot. Easy to remedy that with a little scotch tape at the top.
