I plan on giving this game as a gift for my son, daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren, ages 5 and 3. They love playing board games! My grandkids were introduced to strategic board games at young ages and I feel they would catch onto Reign very easy. The game pieces are incredible, so this would draw them in right away. My husband and I plan on making this game one of our camping games. We like to play ones that are quick to play.

My teenagers and husband LOVED playing this game--and I did, too! My daughter and husband love D&D, I used to play WoW, and my older son loves dystopian movies/books/etc. so this was right up our alley! We loved that we could essentially choose a class to play (the factions) and choose the strategy we wanted from there. Being able to even be utterly barbaric and sacrifice your own faction members was a neat twist! To be fair, my family loves board games, and my teens will sometimes opt to play over streaming a movie--the first time we played was one of those times! It's a shame that you can't play with more than 4 players, but since that's the number of eligible players we have in our household, it works out fine. I wish the pieces were made of metal though!
