Our order arrived in a timely fashion and was well packaged. The system is easy to install and fits nicely in one corner of the bottom cabinet. This is so much better than constantly having to refill our old pitcher with filter! I haven't done it yet, but it seems super easy to change the filter when it becomes necessary.
