Liquid drops allow for precise dosage
Research suggests that the optimum dose of melatonin before bedtime is .3mg. Not 3mg. Most melatonin tablets start at 1mg, and the most popular are 3mg. That's ten times the optimal dose, and it can mess with your natural melatonin production. By using these drops, I can control the amount I get. Two drops, instead of their recommended 20 drops is all I take at night. It works pretty well most of the time.
