i have been eating these for years. no good in the microwave so I actually take the time to pre-heat the oven and cook them on a cookie sheet. it's worth the wait. when they are done I drown them in sour cream. one of a very few frozen treats that has been consistantly great.

These potato skins were easy to cook in my air fryer, allowing me to keep house cool. There were 6.5 potato halves. Having one half was a challenge and despite an attempt to prop up against full one, most of topping ran out but taste was still good. I recently purchased a different brand. Got 7 skins but potatoes were smaller, although price was also less than Friday's brand.

The potato shells are a wonderful texture, the cheesy filling is melty and creamy, and the bacon bits are perfectly flavored and crispy. They are delicious with or without a dab of sour cream! Our freezer is never without a couple boxes, just in case unexpected friends pop over!
