Ordered a "2-Pack Deal" and only received 1 shirt!

The description clearly says "2-Pack Deal" and I only received one T-Shirt. I contacted the seller and at first they said both shirts were mailed in the same package and asked if I had original packaging. I replied with a "yes" and sent them a picture of the package and of my shipping label that clearly says, "Cotton T-Shirt Tee 2-Pack deal" on it. They replied and said I only ordered 1. (with a link 2 their 2 packs??) I opened the link and it is nothing like what I ordered, not even the same shirt? I emailed them and said, "Yes, I order (1) 2-Pack deal!" Now I have not heard from them again in 2 days. So basically they charged me for what in the description said would be 2 shirts and only sent me a single shirt. They Stated that the description means they also sell 2-packs. ??? What the heck am I missing here? Very misleading. I will not order anything from Walmart again that is shipped by this seller. I also ordered (7) 3-Packs of youth T-Shirts that were shipped from Walmart and I received all I ordered! A total of (7) 3-Packs which equals 21 shirts! I needed these for printing shirts for my Grandchildren and was very disappointed not to receive the 2 yellow T shirts for matching Granddaughter shirts.
