Refurbished IPhone 13 arrived well packaged and included charging block, cable, and SIM ejection tool. The phone had no noticeable damage or dents on the body and the screen had vey minimal scratches (3 tiny ones) that I noticed. The screen also came with a pre-applied screen protector. The phone was fully unlocked and I was able to get on the TMobile network with my existing SIM card. Battery health was at 89%. To be honest, I was expecting the phone to be in worse shape. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase.

I was skeptical because of a few reviews but my shipping was fast and the phone practically looks new. It has a few scratches but nothing major, no cracks. It wasn’t charged when it arrived which had me nervous but I charged it and it’s fine! Also, a generic charger with the charging block came in the box! Overall I give my experience a 10 for the price!
