Delivery was much faster than the estimate on the Order Confirmation. The adjustment of the handlebars required a size of Allen key that I did not have. This interupted the assembly for a day while I obtained the proper sized key. The assembly would have gone much more smoothly if the manufacturer had included the three different sized Allen keys required as part of the package.

I am 65 years old and recently took up biking again. I checked the reviews and felt that the Kent Avilon would be a good choice for my needs. I was right. The bike is very comfortable and versatile. The 7 speeds are just enough for my needs. It is very good looking and I get compliments whenever I ride it. Assembly was relatively easy and packaging was excellent. The stock seat is OK, but I decided to replace it with a more comfortable Cloud 9 seat. All in all I am very happy with the purchase.

Bought this bike for my husband and he had only slight trouble putting it together (it is a little tricky to attach the hand brakes). Once that task was completed, he pumped up the tires, adjusted the seat and took off on a ride. The gears work well and it is a nice smooth ride. It is a well-designed, lightweight bike that looks great too. I did notice the price of this (and the woman's version) fluctuated wildly over a two month time period. Watch it awhile and snag it at the price closest to a century!
