This salt-free seafood breading mix is corn-based and features Zatarain's Creole Seasoning to deliver a tasty, light coating to seafood or veggies. Simply roll in mix and fry (or bake) to a light golden brown, and in no time you can enjoy the flavor and soul of The Big Easy! This Zatarain's Wonderful Fish Fri is in a Cardboard box that is 12 ounces. Store this shelf-stable item at an ambient temperature.

Pan Frying Directions: 1. Pour 1 inch of vegetable oil into large skillet. Heat oil to 350degF on medium heat. 2. Coat and fry fish as directed above. Baking Directions: 1. Brush 1 lb. fish fillets on both sides with oil. Pour Fish Fri onto plate. Roll fish in Fish Fri until evenly coated. Discard any remaining Fish Fri mixture on plate. 2. Place fish on shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Spray on top of fish with cooking spray. 3. Bake in preheated 450degF oven 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Deep Frying Directions: 1. Fill deep fryer no more than 1/3 full with oil. Heat oil to 350degF on medium heat. 2. Pour Zatarain's Wonderful Fish Fri onto plate or into plastic bag. Use 1/2 cup Fish Fri per 1 lb fish. Roll or shake fish in Fish Fri until evenly coated. Discard any remaining Fish Fri mixture on plate or in plastic bag. 3. Fry fish, a few pieces at a time, in hot oil until light golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Note: For thicker coating, dip fish in 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1 lightly beaten egg, before rolling in Fish Fri.

Tastes very good!
I usually do a lot of fried fish, in a normal day, I would bring flour and dip in it black pepper anion and garlic powder, however, given this seasoned fish it helps me to eliminate the flour part and the spices.In addition, it tastes very good.I recommend it for fried fish definitely and I will definitely include it in my fried fish routine! In addition , it tastes very good as well.Taking my fried fish to another level

Easy to make
Our family loved the flavor and the ease of making a delicious dinner on a busy school night.This was our first time using this product and we will deffinetly use it again and again. Zatarain's has always been our go to brand for soul food and we will now add this to always have on hand.

Great Fish Fri!
Zatarai's did another great product with this one! I'm used to use their jambalaya mix and I love it! This Fish Fri has a great taste and I loved that they added a real lemon flavor to it. It's easy to use and makes the fish with a nice golden crust on it. It's great for all the fish lovers!
