Red Star All-Natural Active Dry Yeast is a moderate acting dry yeast that is ideal for all yeast baking recipes. Used by generations of bread bakers, Red Star All-Natural Active Dry Yeast is the original and only all-natural active dry yeast available on the market. Red Star All-Natural Active Dry Yeast is ideal for use in traditional and bread machine baking methods. One (0.25 ounce or 7 gram) packet contains approximately 2 ¼ teaspoons of yeast. Store unopened packets in a cool, dry place; for long-term storage, place in the freezer. Red Star All-Natural Active Dry Yeast contains only yeast, is gluten-free, non-GMO Project Verified and certified Kosher Parve. Great for making bread, dinner rolls, pizza, cinnamon rolls, and more!

Instructions
Approximately 2¼ tsp. equals one ¼ oz. packet of Red Star® Yeast. Three ¼ oz. packets equal the activity of one 2 oz. yeast cake.Baking Tips: Use a thermometer to determine liquid temperatures. For traditional baking methods. Dissolve one packet in ¼ cup warm liquid, 110°?115°F. Add ½ tsp sugar. Wait for foam to double in volume. OR Blend yeast with dry ingredients. Add very warm liquids, 120°?130°F. Avoid liquid temperatures above 140°F. as this will harm the yeast. For bread machines: Use liquids at 80°F.

Love it to bake bread
I've tried all the other yeast I could find in store to bake my bread. Ths is my favorite one. Once open, stick it in the freezer and close it with an elastic band until your next use. All the other brands are going off once opened. Not this one
