Delicious 'Really Raw' honey with pollen, comb, and propolis
I purchased the 16 oz size after sampling and loving the 8 oz size. This is a delicious, high-quality honey with a smooth taste and generous amount of hive matter, even for an unfiltered honey. I use it in yogurt, salad dressings, tea, and desserts. I will say that if you have any floral allergies this is not the honey for you as the pollen can be allergenic. That said, I am not a fan of the strong flavor one finds in manuka honey and prefer less processed honey that is definitely genuine without the possibility of adulterated ingredients. The glass jar makes it the perfect package. For me this is the best honey available on iHerb.
