I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this brand. I think it's good quality; it is also expensive. I didn't take it for a full month before stopping bc I prioritized other supplements. Overall, my monthly supplement stack was getting too pricey. I chose NAD from Tru Niagen over this Reishi. Down the road, I would consider buying this product again bc I think it would work if I took it long enough.

High Quality Product
Before I purchased a mushroom product, I did a lot of research online reading about the different products available. I found that the Real Mushrooms brand had very high ratings and it has received awards for being the best mushroom supplement company. The product is derived from the fruiting body of the mushroom which provides better quality. I have only been taking this a short time but I think my sleep has improved. I feel like that will continue to improve the longer I take the product. I feel like this product is one of the best mushroom products out there.

Since I'm not a pharmacologist, it's impossible for me to rate the quality of this product. BUT, when testing (kinesiology) my body reacted very positively to this version - and that's what it's about: an easy-to-use, high value product that the body WANTS in order to promote healing and balance.
