The product came with in a reasonable time frame. I did not have any problems with shipping damage or leakage. I am currently transitioning from relaxed to natural. This product really helps my natural hair curls to pop and soften my hair overall. This makes it easier to detangle in the shower and it feels a little invigorating on your scalp. You want to keep this conditioner on for a while do not just put it in and rinse it out automatically. The smell is not that great at all. It is something that you may just get used to or deal with for the time that it is being used. It has good slip and it isn't too watery but its not thick either. I would say give it a try and see if it works for your hair. If used as a deep conditioner then it will be like light deep conditioner. They should make this in a 64 fl oz.
