Terrible delivery experience
The product appears fine but the delivery was horrible as was trying to track down the bat. A Walmart associate online said it was lost in shipment and that there was no idea when or even if it would ever arrive. The online associate advised to cancel the order and the charge would be removed from my account within 10 days. I was advised to see if a similar item was available locally since it had been planned to be used the following day. I was able to secure a similar bat from local (Ozark, Missouri) Walmart store for an additional $30 and a 20 mile trip plus over an hours time. Then the following week the canceled item shows up. So now more time and mileage to return one of these two items all because no one seemed to know where the ordered item was at the time. What a fiasco and a terrible online shopping experience. Granted this was not entirely Walmart's fault because FED EX had no clue either. Not a good experience and very poor customer service. Dennis Shortt
