I used to have to wash my hair like every other day, now I never have to honestly. It's crazy how much this stuff has changed my hair and scalp in a good way…. I obviously take showers as needed, but I honestly haven't washed my hair in 6 days….. today I was going to but my toddler was being wild so I had to get out of shower earlier than planned… all I did was wash my body then wet my hair and get out, and it's stilllll good, not greasy. I do recommend using a leave in conditioner everytime/ maybe even daily depending on your hair… just because this stuff good for scalp but your ends need their own thing too to stay healthy and strong and thrive and continue healthy hair growth. This stuff 10/10 for scalp and overall hair health but yes, take care of ya ends !
