Great bar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks ago I got ratio keto bar.And it was delicious.It was nutty crunchy.It had almond pumpkin seed cinnamon.It slightly sweet.It only had 2,net carb and 1 gram of sugar.It gluten free.Is very full filling and satisfying.Great as a snack or meal replacement or on the go.

great flavor and crunch

Despite being packed solid as a dry (not chewy) bar, these do not fall apart or flake into pieces. There's plenty of protein and everything is lightweight which makes these great to throw in a backpack for a trip.

They are not chewy at all, in fact, they are a bit on the harder/crunchier side which I personally love! It's the perfect texture and the perfect balance of flavor. They're Keto friendly as well!
