Almost as good as homemade
We really like this pizza sauce best out of the ones we have tried. My homemade is better, but I don't know of many home cooks that wouldn't claim the same of their own! I don't always have time to make it from scratch and this is a good solid product I use as backup.

THE best jar pizza sauce I've ever had.
Genuinely one of the best flavors of pizza sauce I've ever had. I love Rao's jarred sauces and soups, but it's hard to justify the prices, especially in the 2025 recession. This jar is much smaller than you expect - I easily used an entire jar on one large pizza. Purchase accordingly - if budget allows. Since the price and size is such a drawback, I don't purchase as often as I'd like to. But it really is worth it if you can afford it.

Great Sauce
I bought an expensive 12 inch skillet and decided to make an upside down pizza. I usually don't care for jarred sauces and prefer to make my own, but this time I decided to try Rao's to see what the hype was about.
