I purchased this Ghee because I am trying to limit shipping trips during COVID. I read reviews and compared prices and chose this one because it appealed to me the most. Many Ghee come in small jars which is suitable for the occasional use but this jar is the perfect size for daily use. I substitute it for butter in everything except cookies. I find the taste, from grass fed cows, exceptional. My family did not notice the difference. I would recommend it whether for daily use or for use in expanding your recipe collection. It is suitable for most substitutions for oil or butter. Remember that it is solid at cold/room temperature and a liquid when warmer. It does have a higher liquid content and you may have to adjust for that in some recipes e.g. cookies. Overall excellent taste and a good value.

Cutting carbs means finding new ways to eat. This is my first experience using Ghee. So far, it's great! I haven't made very many recipes using it yet, but I know I will find it to be exactly what I was looking for.
