Try this supplier, and try this product!

Citric acid, or "sour salt," as my Mom called it is a very useful ingredient, with sourness , but no real taste, unlike vinegar. I use it as a preservative in my homemade sugar syrup, and to curdle milk for home-made "buttermilk," in recipes that call for it. I have read that it has many other uses, as in cleaning solutions, but I have not tried them. The supplier looks very interesting. I plan to visit their website, and they included a coupon!
