Enjoying bike but needs modifications

Bike is well made, bolts tighten and loosen easily, assembly tools are functional. As I recall the description said the bike was suitable for riders 5'8' to 6'2'. I am 5'11 and it felt a bit too short in length. The wheel scrapes against my feet when turning hard. Also, I had to adjust the seat up to the maximum height, and when I did this, the fixed height handlebars were way too low and the steering felt unstable. I ended up installing conventional handlebars which raised the grips by 3-4" and brought them slightly closer, making for a more comfortable and better controlled ride (while sacrificing the cooler aesthetic of the lower, straighter bars). Overall, with these changes, I am pleased with this bike.
