Rotel, what can I say. It is diced peppers and tomatoes combined to make a delightful tasty combination Open the can and dump. Perfect for dump and go cooking makes it so I don't have to think of proportions to make or chop peppers. I add it to a variety of recipes and it is very useful. Try Rotel. you won't regret it.
Not as spicy as I'd like, but I'm from Texas, so..... I use them in beans and in other stew-like dishes and they add lots of flavor. As with many kinds of ingredients, you will have to experiment with them to find what goes well with them. Often, you'll try combinations of your other spices to get everything just right.

Rotel is a must in every pantry. it has the best seasonings for a variety of spicy foods. It can be served alone in a bowl as a condiment or as an ingredient additive to foods. I use this often as I prepare my families meals. We prefer the original Rotel with its spicy green chiles. It has fresh,diced tomatoes, onions, green chiles, and spices. Every can is dependable to have the best ingredients. I have never been disappointed.
