Very high quality, comfort and amazing customer service! I had 1 issue that customer service was VERY quick and happy to remedy. The zipper is quite handy in helping remove the boots. Only thing I'd change, is the zipper to go a bit further to allow the boot to come off while tied which for many reasons is strictly wishful thinking! 10/10. I'd gladly purchase again.
