No preparation child handsize it doesn't crumble up or dissolves easily. It's perfect to hang onto for a while not to mention all the good stuff in it. It has iron vitamins it's baked. There is a good old saying that goes, “you're only as happy as your saddest child.” This oatmeal is a life savor and brings much happiness to our little home. We put a little extra in the bottle before bed and they sleep SO much better through the night. We love it! The babies love it. Definitely recommend and it is affordable. On a side note, try and steer clear of oatmeal in the box. They go rancid pretty quick.
