Instructions
Intended Use: To kill and remove super lice, lice, and their eggs in infested adults & children from 1 year of age and older. Directions: Important - read enclosed instructions for complete directions. English and spanish instructions are included inside. Step 1: Apply the solution to dry hair, completely saturating hair and scalp. Use a towel to cover eyes and exposed skin areas. Massage from roots to tips, paying particular attention to the area behind the ears and the hairline behind the back of the head. Leave the solution in the hair for 15 minutes. In the case of long hair, pin the hair up away from skin. Step 2: Wash by applying rid daily defense shampoo & conditioner to the hair and rinsing thoroughly. Leave on the hair for 2 minutes and rinse out with lukewarm water. Repeat if needed to fully rinse out the solution from the hair. Step 3: Comb to remove lice and eggs. Part the hair into sections and comb one section at a time. Place the teeth of the comb as close as possible to the scalp and comb away from the scalp to the end of the hair. Use clips to pin back each section of combed hair. Clean the comb during use by wiping onto a tissue. Discard the tissue into a sealable plastic bag. Discard the sealed plastic bag. Check hair after 7 to 10 days. If lice or eggs are present, repeat steps 1-3. Step 4: defend by continuing the daily use of the Rid Daily Defense Shampoo and Conditioner. Use on wet hair just like a traditional shampoo, massage into the hair and scalp, and leave on for 2 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. See below the usage guidelines. Usage may vary. Usage Guidelines: Hair Length: short; up to 4 applications per bottle. Medium; 2-3 applications per bottle. Long; 1-2 applications per bottle. Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature.

dislike that it didn't work the first time. Definitely follow instructions and wash everything in hot water while you wait for the shampoo to work and make sure you comb theou the hair before and comb through the hair after. pull every nit you see and use the shampoo it works to kill off the rest of the nits.

came with everything killed the bugs I have hair down to the middle of my back and I didn't even need all of the treatment to cover it, I have thick long curly/wavy hair as long as you use the shampoo the comb goes through it very easy I recommend washing twice after the treatment after you do the first round keep using the shampoo and combing through your hair till the soaps gone to be safe
