I was looking for an office chair cover since my chair has some coffee stains. I also wanted a brown cover to match the office decor. When shopping most of the materials were very rough and strange designs. I was very pleased to find this soft, dark brown cover. It said it was machine washable which was a big plus. I was searching for instructions upon opening up the chair cover package. There was not an instruction sheet which would have been helpful. However, it was rather simple to figure out how to place the cover on the chair. The cover has zippers which are easy for removal for washing. There are ties on the bottom to tighten the cover for each chair type. I was very happy with how the cover fit the chair. It fit very tight. It is very comfortable to sit on. The material is very soft. When liquid is spilled on the cover the water is collected and easily absorbed in a cloth. I would recommend this cover for your office chair. It would have been nice to have some instructions and that is why I gave it 4 stars.

I got this cover because I have an all-mesh office chair. The mesh is great in the summer because it allows all-around airflow - but that makes it bad in the winter, when it'd be nicer to retain body heat. This cover will block the mesh on cold nights and keep me warmer when I want to be. The overall looks of the cover are fine, but it's made for a chair with a decently thick cushion. Mine has no cushion at all; the flexible mesh takes its place. This makes it so there is no tight fit in the seat. There were no instructions included with my chair cover. I've noticed that many covers are sold this way, as if the makers think everyone just knows how to use them by osmosis! Since I haven't used a chair cover before, I don't even know for sure which end goes up, much less what the short zippers on part of each side are for. However, I did get it into a serviceable configuration, which is to say, so it wouldn't fall off. I deducted two stars for the lack of instructions, because something like this is only intuitive or "self-explanatory" to someone who has, in reality, had it explained to them at some point in their life! Note that this cover is actually a very dark brown. For some reason, my camera insisted on showing it as lighter.
