Wanted to get a bag to replace my current hanging bag. As you can see in the pictures this one is tall. It's perfect for working your head kicks and all types of bag work. Set up was pretty self explanatory and I didn't need instructions to put it all together. The middle metal and solid and a definite step up from the regular wavemasters which have a plastic center. I when I got my package it was busted up from the post office and some pieces had fallen out but the seller was very quick about sending replacements and I was able to get it up and going in no time. I like that they included a funnel to help add water to the base. Or sand if that's what you preferred. Overall I'm very glad to be using this one as it doesn't swing it's much better for kids.

Perfect for my daughter to practice her sparring and kicks on. We looked at Wave Masters and she trains on a Wave Master when she is in class. We find this one to be sturdier and has more surface area to strike.
