Place the base on a smooth level surface before flipping the base upside down to attach the legs. Flip the base and add some pressure to the suction cups for better hold. Place the connector over the base, align the hole openings and use the given 12 screws to connect the base and connector. Attach the rubber pads (2x). Good heavy bag that's convenient.
I didn't think I'd like the free standing bags then joined a MMA gym that using them and they're convenient. Hard to move once the base is filled but if you leave the legs off you can tip it to roll it where ever you want. Wasn't too expensive and seems durable although I just got mine. Overall, I like it.

Love this more than my hanging bag
Wanted to get a bag to replace my current hanging bag. As you can see in the pictures this one is tall. It's perfect for working your head kicks and all types of bag work. Set up was pretty self explanatory and I didn't need instructions to put it all together. The middle metal and solid and a definite step up from the regular wavemasters which have a plastic center. I when I got my package it was busted up from the post office and some pieces had fallen out but the seller was very quick about sending replacements and I was able to get it up and going in no time. I like that they included a funnel to help add water to the base. Or sand if that's what you preferred. Overall I'm very glad to be using this one as it doesn't swing it's much better for kids.
