RCA Multi-Directional Amplified Outdoor or Attic HDTV Antenna - up to 80-mile Range

I am extremely impressed with this RCA amplified outdoor/attic spiral multi directional HDTV antenna. I love the high quality build, strong abs plastic material with powder coated metal antenna straight pipes with rubber tipped end pieces. They just screw into the main plastic spiral body. The long ones for VHF and the shorter ones for UHF, the spiral design body for multi directional coverage. The complete kit comes with everything you need to mount it either on a wall or a pole mount. Mount not included. It has about 20ft of thin coaxial cable with rubber boots on each end to weatherize the connections. It also comes with a separate amplified coaxial unit for longer distance. Directions/manual, Sling TV deal and other stuff packaged in a really nice strong retail box with a easy pull out heavy cardboard container with all the parts neatly housed in there own compartments. Very easy to install. Now the results. I live in Wichita Kansas and usually can get up to 47 OTA channels that only about 10 of which come in clear. I mounted my antenna on the inside living room wall fairly close to the tv and did a channel scan with my Fire tv recast dvr and was blown away because I got 72 channels. The biggest surprise was all but 15 channels came in clear. Some of these OTA channels are really weak. I for the first time was able to get all 4 PBS channels to come in perfectly clear. At first I didn't use the included amplifier but decided to try it and received even more detail on some channels. Unless you live far from your stations transmitter it shouldn't be necessary. This is the first antenna that lived up to it's promise's. It can be mounted outside because of it's weather proof design. It can also be installed in a attic where your HOA doesn't allow outdoor antennas. I Highly recommend this product!

This antenna was the solution to receiving all the local channels in my area. Previous antenna would only receive 50%, however this one worked for all channels. Glad i made the purchase and the switch.
