Have to come really bad back pain and I was looking on YouTube to find some sort of recommendations and how to handle that plus I've got what's called forward-leaning Head I did come across someone video that I thought was pretty great and I recommended using the bathroom now I know it comes and other stiffness is I guess that's the right word I'm so upset pick medium there's the softer and then there's a much harder when is well but so far I mean it's been great it's just enough pressure so it hurts a little bit but it really gets down deep into the muscle tissue and so far I have absolutely no complaints it's really sturdy possibly the best thing I've got to try to rectify a really tight muscles and and back pain the best thing about it is you can just type in rad roller online and to YouTube and find lots of exercise his or how to properly use it

Use on my back while standing in narrow bathroom doorway so I can push against other side of doorway and crack my own back. Finally I can do this thanks to a reviewer before me. I asked PT to crack my back and they would not. Now I do it myself and can have relief daily by relieving the tension that build s up in my spine. Saves going to a chiropractor.
