Saddened by this experience

This company from which the cart came from will lie to its customers. I waited for some time thinking that I was going to get this cart. They had sent it to Alabama instead of where I live in Idaho. Then they lied and told me that they never sent it because it was such in bad condition. I need an elevated cart in the worst way as I have heart failure, kidney disease, as well as nerve damage, plus I am 77 years old. I almost cried when after waiting so long to get this they told me the cart was never sent. I won't ever be able to afford to get another to make things easier on me as I have another medical issue I have to put out for now.
