I had some issues after my area in NC was hit by hurricane IAN. I got in touch with Ivy a customer service representative with Quictent . She was able to send me replacement parts for the original parts that were damaged by the storm at no cost to me. Ivy is very professional and respectful. She is definitely an asset for Quictent! I love this product. I had my handyman install it for me. He brought his assistant. It took them about an hour. It has been great so far. Kept the car shaded and protected from rain. It looks great, blends well in nature. I will see how it makes it thru the winter, but it did real well all summer!

Very sturdy frame - particularly compared to the many other 10-12 portable carports. The two different Quictents we received had slightly different parts but the same instructions, so we had to do a little jury-rigging with a quick trip to Ace.
