I add just enough water to the podwer to get it all incorporated and smooth, any lumps dissappear at this point. then I gradually add the rest of the water I desire, mixing as I go. this is when i use it alone. typically I put it in my smoothies. I add it to the yogurt and stir till it's all incorporated, then add in the blender with the frozen fruit and aloe juice. I never have powder chunks or experience chalky taste. this helps me get my protein and i can use it in a variety of recipes. I can't say enough about this product!
