Wear for 1 hour daily or ideally, overnight with 1-2 tbsp of organic, extra virgin expeller-pressed, hexane-free castor oil ALWAYS in an amber glass bottle. Using a long while now!
I like this castor oil pack. It has been great to keep my hormones (peri-menopause) as long as possible. When I first started using it after a couple of weeks it really slimmed my torso down with its lymphatic drainage. I was floored. I would of never believed it if I had not seen the results for myself. I find it helpful! I just wish that it fully protected from getting oil on my PJ, bed, but I do my best with a towel and old t shirt, etc.

Great quality
I just used it once so far, so I haven't used it enough to see results. However, everything seems to be great quality. The cloth is thick and well made. I like the waterproof/leakproof backing so everything stays dry. The tie strings are long. The 2 bottles of oil are in amber glass bottles as well. No plastic! And shipping was fast. All of these were my priorities when looking for a castor oil pack.
