They don't sell purple potatoes in any of our local stores, but I was happy to have found this. I added it to my lunch smoothie and it was really good. It doesn't have a strong flavor, so it did not change the overall taste of my smoothie, but just made it a lot more healthy for me. Very pleased with this product.
