Shake the roller well, then apply to the wrists, temples and the artery in your neck, each time you experience a feeling of stress. If possible, close your eyes and then take 10 very long breaths, letting all your muscles relax. Precautions for use:After application, you are advised to avoid prolonged sun exposure. These highly active essential oils must be used according to the directions for use.- Avoid all contact with the eyes, mucous membranes.- Not recommended for children under 3 years-old, pregnant or breastfeeding women.- In case of irritation, rinse with vegetable oil.- Keep out of the reach of children.- Do not take internally.- Store away from light
