Enlightening; New taste for me.

BEAUTIFUL loved packaging; I got turned on to this marvelous spice in Jerusalem, it was served mostly with potatoes, my first exposure to this flavor and taste and tell in love with it. Been cooking, lots of chef style meals from TV shows, and after 65 years of cooking this was a first for me. I'll look forward to adding it to my dishes.
