these are the best protein bars I have ever had I can't even believe that they are protein bars I truly feel like they are caramel Snickers I am currently in my almost completed my first week of living a no sugar added no soda no sweets no pastries no sugar and none of that diet in 29 years this is my first time doing that and these bars are the only thing that I have gotten me through with the Sweet craving hits but they are so so much better than a candy bar or a big cup of soda and I couldn't be beginning my health journey without them ❤️ I have tried so many bars as I am a person who really lacks in absorbing protein and have to have protein bars and shakes these are delicious! I love caramel flavors so I have also started drinking the equate brand pre-made protein shakes in caramel flavor they are amazing as well! thank you Walmart for always selling the best products at the best prices ☺️

They tasted exactly as described if anything more cinnamon but they were super good definitely love this brand and this was the first time trying this one
