great prevention for fever blisters

i forgot that lysine is a great way to prevent fever blisters from re-occurring. a co-worker years ago told me she used to get cold sores from stress and she started taking lysine 1000mg twice a day and never got another one. it's true.

I like that it's not in a hard to swallow capsule because my old brand was and these will last much longer because I can just cut them in half with my pill cutter to take with my other vitamins. There isn't a bunch of junk in the ingredients for these and you don't see much of that nowadays, unfortunately.
