I have low milk production when I'm having my monthly menstrual period. This help bring my milk production back up within a couple of hours. I also noticed it helps lighten the blood flow and shortens the days you're on your period. I've read some of these herbs helps with balancing the hormones. My supply had gone down to next to nothing. I had to do something! I am also supplementing but nursing is what I really want to be doing. Literally by the end of the day I could tell a difference.
