I use this to make vegan eggs and the sulfur taste is great. Love the quality as Somme other salts have a after taste this does not

Excellent!
I've tried other salts, some have little flavor and smell, this one has a good flavour and smell. It really gives a good hint of “real egg” flavor without it being overwhelming. Since you only use very little at a time this bag will last you several months.
